Using anything on this site, the homepage, the correspondence panel, or any of the six products, means you've agreed to what's below. I'd rather you actually read it than click past it, which is why it's short.

What this is

Noumera Holdings LLC makes a small set of AI-based conversational products. You're free to use them. I'm free to change, limit, or discontinue any of them, including without much warning, because none of this is a service with a contractual uptime guarantee behind it.

Not a substitute for a person who's actually trained for this

None of these products are a doctor, a therapist, a crisis counselor, or a replacement for one. Faye, Vigil, and the others can be a genuinely useful presence in an ordinary day, but if you're in real crisis, the correct move is a real person, not a chat window, and the products here are built to tell you that plainly when it matters rather than pretend otherwise.

What you agree not to do

• Use this to break the law, harass someone, or generate content meant to harm a real person.
• Try to extract, resell, or scrape the underlying system for use elsewhere. What's here is here for you to talk to, not to repurpose.
• Abuse the service in a way that costs real money to keep running, deliberately and at scale (a script hammering the API, for instance). Rate limits exist and will be enforced.

Testing what the products will and won't say, including their limits, is a different thing entirely, and it's not against these terms. Some of what's built here is deliberately meant to be tested. You'll know the difference.

No warranty

This is provided as-is. I'm not promising it will always be available, always be accurate, or always behave exactly the way its own description says it will. Language models make mistakes, sometimes confidently. Don't treat anything said here as professional advice of any kind, financial, medical, legal, or otherwise.

Liability

To the extent the law allows it, Noumera Holdings LLC isn't liable for damages arising from your use of these products. That's standard, and it's genuinely how I'd want it read: I'm not hiding behind unusually aggressive language, just the ordinary kind.

What you own

What you type stays yours. I'm not claiming ownership over anything you write into Wren, Margin, or any of the others. Since none of it is stored server-side today (see the privacy page), there isn't much practical dispute to be had here anyway.

Changes

These terms can change. If they change in a way that matters, I'll say so on this page, not hidden in a version bump nobody notices.

Disagreements about any of this get resolved under Delaware law, in Delaware courts. Questions before it gets to that point go through the correspondence panel.
